I like the puddle from the rain dripping in the second one, with the political sign…

That is the joy of photography….the image speaks to people differently….I suspect the same happens to ‘everything’ in human experience. 😉

yes, I am discovering the joys of photography anew…very recently, taking meaningful (more or less 🙂 photos. I enjoy taking pics of cats and other animals. I’m not so good with people pictures, my youngest little great-grandson is almost impossible to photograph…he is 2 1/2, he just sort of vanishes from any photo. His Mom says everyone finds him difficult as a photo subject. Then too, some are more photogenic than others…

Takes time…and practice..Some pics we lose….others we gain sometimes by surprise. 😉

I like the implied relationship between the cat and the shovel. The cat could be wondering, Am I supposed to pitch in?
I’d like to nominate you for the Liebster Award for blogging. I hope this is something you might enjoy. I very much like reading your narrative and verse, and you were one of the first who came to mind.
The rules are pasted below. I’ve tried many ways but can’t seem to download the icon for the award. But it’s on my blog in the entry with the name of the award in the title. Maybe you can better copy and paste the icon here than I seem to be able to. Heck, you can download snow.
Good luck! Thanks!–Christopher
Below are the rules for the Liebster Award:
1. Thank the person who nominated and link back to their blog.
2. Display the Liebster Award on your blog.
3. Share 11 random facts about yourself.
4. Answer the 11 questions you were asked.
5. Nominate 11 bloggers with less than 200 followers for the award by asking them 11 new questions (or having them answer the questions you were asked).
6. Make sure to let the bloggers know you’ve nominated them!
7. And don’t forget to copy the rules into your post!
and the questions to ask—
1. What got you started with your blog?
2. Post a link to your favorite blog post you have written and explain why it is your favorite.
3. What is your favorite color?

5. Where would you like to travel that you haven’t travelled to yet?
6. What was your favorite book or movie as a child?
7. What is your favorite season and why?
8. Any goals for your blog?
9. Do you have a bucket list? What is number 1?
10. Favorite thing to blog about?
11. What’s your dream job?

It looks ever bit as wet there as it is here. Those are great odd ball photos. I think I am partial to the first one.

the cat, Mary, is the star of the photo! My outside cats never know exactly what to expect on the deck where they shelter. 🙂
