I just write my way out of it. I tried with the little ditty “herding words” concentrating on happy or silly stuff helps a lot when I’m in a mood. writing poetry help…when I write prose posts I tend to go off on a tangent but at least it is relaxing and gets my mind off of other stuff. Right now I have to go to the doctor, about my wrist (tendonitis he said) and my thyroid. I guess he will draw more blood. chat later

we love our doctor…he always spends whatever time we need…I don’t abuse the privilege, but really appreciate being able to talk to my doctor.
