SHADORMA poetry form 3-5-3-3-7-5
Crushing hand!
My tender heart leaps
destruction
all aghast!
pointless injury scatters
seeds of lifedelicate
so exquisitely
appointed
fine old lace
for unsuspecting insects
hides enticing trapDon’t you know?
Why do you disdain
lowly wild
carrot plant?
Queen Anne’s Lace a tough beauty
…a prettier name?© Sometimes, 2016
I love your shadorma!

thanks Carol! that’s great praise coming from you…the Shadorma was fun. I tried a Tan Renga, finally figured out how to post it, but it took forever to do the two-line stanza right. still not sure.

Yep, wordpress has opened the doors to an amazing community. I am grateful for their support and especially through my mom’s long illness and passing.

yes, I understand. I wish that I had been into poetry writing when my husband was in hospital for three months before he passed…that was 16 years ago day after tomorrow. Now I write through tough times…:-)
