Beautiful flowers. I look forward to the time when my lilacs bloom.

these surprised me. I was trying to get the trees, and then saw the lilacs. I love the way they smell, but alas! my smeller doesn’t work well anymore.

thanks! I took a lot more this afternoon, I’m not good at close-ups…too impatient I guess. I just shot a gorgeous rainbow…fingers crossed on that! (gorgeous rainbow–that has to be an oxymoron) lets say especially colorful and wide. ha!

thanks…I have some better ones I took yesterday. I have a rainbow too, though it was more faded than I would have liked.

thank you so much, glad you liked the photos. Its an honor to be on the top-commenters’ list. One question…did I make the most comments? Or have the most on my site? 🙂

thanks JD, I love floral photos. The close-ups aren’t as clear as I would like.

The photographs are relieving reminders of spring’s arrival. The lilacs photo is gorgeous in clarity. I like the second photo (million bells) because the colors are heraldic and the multiple challenges for focus fuzzy things a bit just right. Everything runs together a little, and that’s attractive. Thank you!

I love million bells…buy them from the little greenhouse across the road, they are a bit slow this year. I love the multi-colors of them, and they will bloom until frost. I strive for the clarity you mentioned re the lilacs, I’m never sure how that happens. 🙂
