It held up pretty good for seconds, but I didn’t apply the dressing so that helped. spinach, walnuts, blue cheese, avacado. I’m not a big salad buff, but this one is delicious and beautiful to boot! Love the red plate!

yes, yummy! There was way too much in the bowl though, and I ended up tossing about 1/3 of it after the second day.

I’m so glad I read this. We have some strawberries, so we’ll have some in a salad tomorrow. Yours looks marvelous.

The salad was so large that I only ate some with my meal, then the next day had leftover…but the avacado doesn’t really stay fresh. I love blue cheese, and walnuts. This would be great with pecans, also. It is the red plate that makes the picture.
