Cornflower or Chicory? beautiful blue blossom!

Cornflower Blue: a Crayola crayon color, gorgeous delicate blossoms, big bad weed.  A flower by any other name is still beautiful.    Also known as Chicory, among other names.           ©Sometimes, 2017

    1. who knew about those lovely blue stamen at the center? Yes I do like this new camera. I did a (very very amateur) video of my granddaughter’s band performance last week, and it turned out clear as a bell, with excellent sound. Too much grass, arms, feet, though…but I did learn a thing or two. 🙂

    1. Those half-inch blooms can really blow up into beauties! This little weed-flower can hold up her head with any fancy-dancy hybrid. I’m still trying to capture detail of Queen Anne’s Lace though, very elusive. Close…but no cigar on capturing each little floret on the QAL.
