Back in about 1957 we lived in a mobile home park near Ft. Hood Texas. I was visiting a neighbor, and we heard a terrible reverberating sound outside. A man in the next row was helping others to erect a TV antenna which bounced along high wires several times, killing the man whose hand was highest on the pole (gripping it to steady it while it was being put up.) I’ve never forgotten the sound…
