    1. Yes, surreal is good word, I still wonder at the sky. I saw a similar sky a couple days ago. I don’t know if its me paying attention or if it really is due to strange phenomena.

      1. Sadly I know nothing about weather or even what different cloud formations are called. Perhaps this one known and we’re just not aware of it?

      2. I saw a really interesting formation that I realized was actually a jet trail from a plane taking off from the airport. It was the long trail, then with “dots” of small clouds along in like a broken line… I took some photos, but by the time I got in the house and got the camera the “thing” had faded.

        I was never much of a science-student, but rocks and clouds and storms are fascinating to me.
